Job Description:

N obel Biocare Italiana, based in Milan, part of Envista group and operating in the Dental field, is looking for an Events Specialist to be included in the Training&Education and Events Team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide valid support during the organization of local activities like congresses, seminars, training courses for the whole organizational process

• Direct contact with customers and potential customers

• Direct contact with the specific Regional Sales Manager and Territory managers for local activites

• Monitoring the marketing expenses/budget assigned to the specific Regional Sales Manager assigned

• Support to the manager for specific projects

• The normal secretarial activities necessary for the optimal functioning of the service to provide

​ Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory

• Previous experience in Events organization

• High school diploma

• MS office

• Flexibility

• Detail oriented

• Capability to work in Team

• Availability to travel in Italy (7-10 days per year)
