Quad First Press Operator - Offset & Gravure in Lomira, Wisconsin

Quad Lomira is hiring First Press Operators for both our Offset and Gravure department!
This position is responsible for set up and operation of Press equipment to customer-supplied specifications while maintaining production by planning and organizing jobs and continuously monitoring quality. Additionally, Press Operators are responsible for cleanliness and keeping press maintained mechanically. Will be responsible for supervision of direct reports on Press, including giving direction to, training, and monitoring work of press crew and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Performs job duties in accordance with company safety rules. Performs proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning of press. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three years solid work history operating a printing press.
Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally, stand long hours (12-hour shift), use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement, receive and follow instructions and use vision in order to identify defects, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) including days, nights, and weekends.
Previous print industry experience is required
