Duties and responsibilities related to th e Bar Lounge Team Leader role * *
Welcome guests warmly and oversee the provision of a diverse range of food and beverage services inThe Living RoomLounge
Uphold and enforce all standards, policies, and proceduresregardingfood and beverage service within the lounge, prioritisingcolleagues training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial profitability
Supervise loungecolleagues, providing guidance and support tomaintainexceptional service standards and ensuring smooth operations during afternoon tea and dining services
Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns, striving to consistently exceed guest expectations and drive positive reviews

Previousexperience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstandinglevels of service.
