Digital Account Manager - 12 Month FTC
Your team: You will be joining the team responsible for planning and execution of digital brand partnerships. We work closely with our peers in all parts of the organisation to build world class products and services that our customers love.
Your role: You will be responsible for coordinating and providing best in class management of brand digital campaigns. Reporting directly into the Head of Digital Account Management, you will help us deliver innovative commercial campaigns and maintain a client led service offering. You will be a key stakeholder in leading the delivery of News UK’s commercial digital campaigns with the support of the Ozone Project Operations team.
Day to Day:
Lead the implementation of format campaigns with The Ozone Project.
Technically support brand partnership briefs and pitches across all media properties, including our ad server, branded content, off platform and social media.
Compile analysis based on in flight campaigns and post campaign analysis for best in class service for clients.
Act as primary contact for delivery, optimisation and reporting for all digital brand partnerships., including paid social campaigns
Give ongoing suggestions, commentary and recommendations to fully achieve campaign KPIs.
Support commercial strategies, which incorporate goals and objectives that work towards the missions of the business.
Work in close partnership with the operations hub at the Ozone Project for all digital format deliverables.
Work closely with the News UK Ad Operations specialist to understand and enforce best practices and processes both internally and externally.
Manage day-to day relationship with several stakeholders and clients at different levels of seniority
Support the Head of Digital Account Manager identifying processes to improve and integrate changes.
Initiate projects that will develop efficiencies for the company and deliver improved customer service
Together with the rest of the team, act as a centre of competence and expertise for digital expert towards the rest of the organisation
What we’re looking for from you:
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skill
Highly competitive mindset & Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to work in wide variety of projects with tight deadlines
Passion for media, technology and advertising, with experience in ad operations, either at a publisher, agency or ad tech company.
Knowledge of both organic and paid social programs as well as a technical understanding of how to optimise media
Advanced technical knowledge of digital formats across display, video and audio
Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting experience for digital campaigns (including commentary and optimisation recommendations), as well as Google Analytics
Solid understanding of both the buy and sell-side media landscape and technologies
Able to communicate complex technical challenges and solutions to technical and non-technical colleagues
