Overview
The Role in A Nutshell -
We’re looking for a bright, talented individual who is passionate about the importance of great client service and exceptional digital project delivery. You will be managing on-going improvements across our digital accounts ranging from ad-hoc requests to larger end-to-end projects. This is a three month fixed term contract .

Role overview -
Client service:
Maintain the highest levels of client service across the account to provide an effective, enjoyable, first class customer service and experience.
Feeding into our Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end website projects covering requirements gathering, UX, design, build and deployment.
In addition to this, there will be ad-hoc support required on our retained website accounts, planning and delivering site updates, maintenance and hosting support on a monthly basis.
Project Management:
You will work with a wide range of clients as first point of contact and response on any website request.
You will help clients to identify their requirements, and create briefs and specifications/user stories, budgets and schedules. You will liaise with the studio resource manager and digital team to plan, resource and deliver against the client’s requirements and budget or retainer.
You will enforce rigorous processes to maintain the highest possible standards in digital delivery, working directly and daily with developers. You will quickly gain an understanding of a variety of websites, enabling you to advise and add value when changes are requested.
Financial control and commercial rigour:
End-to-end control of the budget process. Fully scope, create, evolve and control the budget throughout its lifecycle. Deliver appropriate margin provide regular fee forecast update in line with timing changes and provide a final budget reconciliation upon completion.
Qualifications
Desired Experience -
Client facing project management, with excellent client service and exceptional project delivery skills.
Experience in a similar agency environment, managing and delivering multiple website projects end-to-end.
Understanding and experience of end-to-end delivery of website projects including strategy, UX, design, front-end and back-end build.
Commercially astute
Proactive with great communication skills
