The UK Talent Brand team is responsible for raising awareness of the Accenture brand, core services and employer values to candidates and employees. Covering a wide range of marketing strategies to engage, attract and retain these audiences including Targeted Media, Content Marketing, Social Media, Research, Employee Communications and Event Management.

In this high impact Experienced Hire Talent Brand & Alumni role, you will be responsible for building the talent brand and demand generation strategy to attract, covert and retain top talent to Accenture, and support our alumni population.

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a passion for building creative and high performing campaigns, developing evergreen talent stories and content and will be comfortable managing stakeholders across HR, the business, global and regional marketing.

You will need to be highly proactive with a flexible and collaborative work style to build credibility and onboard at speed.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign’s to deliver internal and external employer brand strategy ensuring brand values are properly reflected at all touchpoints (e.g. throughout campaigns, digital and print collateral and events)

  • Drive employer brand presence, content and tone of voice across Digital and Social Media channels with associated reporting; working closely with Brand team to ensure best practice

  • Promote Accenture’s Employer of Choice initiatives and key messages externally

  • Liaise with stakeholders including business leaders, HR, recruiting and marketing to ensure consistency in local market

  • Management of delivery time-lines

  • Manage agency partner to brief and measure effectiveness of digital media programmes

  • Manage and update content on careers landing pages

Knowledge and skills required

  • Strong marketing skills and deep overall business acumen

  • Excellent experience of and work in marketing and communications, especially focused on employer brand and digital content marketing

  • Ability to drive content creation and review, understanding how to write for and tone for different channels

  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and ability to propose creative solutions

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to put structure around ambiguously defined thoughts/situations

  • Strong English written and verbal skills

  • Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders

  • Thrive on working in intense, deliverable and deadline driven environment.

Relationships

Reports to – UK Talent Brand & People Comms Lead

External Relationships – External suppliers, third party vendors, agencies

Qualifications

Education - Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent

Work Experience – All round marketing and team leadership experience; creation and delivery of marketing strategies. Strong business acumen ideally within a professional services organisation

Work Requirements – London Office based.
