Duties and responsibilities related to the Event s Operations Floor Manager role * *
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Alongside the Events Operations Manager, createrotas for the departmentto ensure adequate coverage for all events.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., catering, housekeeping, front desk) to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
Support the manager with managing,trainingand developing the team.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

Proven experience in luxuryevents operations, withstrong organizational and multitasking abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
