Amazon’s EU International Stores People eXperience & Technology team (AIS PXT) is seeking an intuitive, well-organized, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two London-based Directors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic community of HR professionals, other Executive Assistants, and business stakeholders. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders (in and outside Amazon) is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and has a genuine enthusiasm for looking around corners and optimizing their leaders’ time.

Key job responsibilities

  • Day-to-day calendar and travel management for two Directors

  • Filing expense reports on behalf of the leaders

  • Optimizing leaders’ time based on business priorities, internal and external meetings, rhythm of the business cadence, current projects, and team needs

  • Support managing key internal and external organizational stakeholders

  • Coordination of internal team projects (organizing team offsites, employee engagement activities, etc.) and events (All Hands, offsites, etc.)

  • Other administrative projects as requested

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
