Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supplier relationship management with our chosen Global IFM Partners and ensure the service that our partners deliver meets expectations;maintainstrong positive relationships with them to achieve integrated seamless facilities related projects and service delivery.

  • Always seek continuous improvement and outstanding services for both Hard and Soft Services including application of digitalization innovations.

  • Ensure that our Global IFM Partners follow contractual obligations, scope of work and key performance indicators.

  • Ensuring wherever possible, global standardization across services in the IFM scope.

  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues Facility Heads of different LEGO Groups Locations (Hubs and Production Sites) andmaintainstrong relationships with respective senior stakeholders

  • Lead and develop team of peoplelocatedboth in Billund and London

The Global IFM team acts as a bridge between our Global IFM partners and the LEGO Group (TLG) and helps to implement and deliver Global IFM strategy by meeting theobjectivesset out in the current Global IFM Case and the LEGO IFM Strategy.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrated strong experience negotiating, implementing, transitioning,stabilizingand then transforming Global IFM Services.

  • Strong people and team leader.

  • Strategic approach and ability to make tough decisions under pressure.

  • Negotiation and commercial skills.

  • Can prioritize,leadand empower local teams and interface regularly and easily with senior management and partners.

  • Budget and cost management skills.

  • Willingness to travel across the globe might be up to50days/year.

  • Previousexperience with implementing digitalization and sustainability initiatives in FM operations and SAP tool is very encouraged.

  • Proficient English.
