Project/Bid Manager, Commercial Risk

What the day will look like

Working within a busy, focused and collaborative team your key tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the project process including Requests for Proposals and client presentations working with subject matter experts to understand and develop win strategies.

  • Balancing multiple projects and ensuring their timely delivery.

  • Facilitating client presentations, scheduling and attending rehearsals and managing logistics for meetings.

  • Editing content for readability, consistency, clarity and brand compliance utilising standard tools and processes.

  • Ensuring the end to end review of the Request for Proposal response prior to submission including conducting own view, managing peer reviews and facilitating overall quality control.

  • Responsibility for post-project reviews to share best practice and review content to be loaded into content library

  • Following Aon policies and all relevant legislations

  • Build and develop positive relationships with colleagues throughout the business

  • Updating project specific online systems including Loopio and Workday.com

  • Project Management experience either in insurance or elsewhere

  • Technical insurance experience required with global knowledge preferred
