International Product Growth Manager, Western Europe Responsibilities:
Ensure the Meta family of apps is well adapted to be successful in the Western European region
Provide local insights, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for Meta’s success in Western Europe
Explore and identify growth opportunities in Western Europe leveraging internal and external resources as well as in-country activities
Drive solutions that address identified market-specific opportunities
Influence and partner with product teams to execute on solutions
Partner with the analytics teams to identify high-impact opportunities, validate key findings, and measure impact from execution
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in product management or a related field
Experience in the understanding of the Western Europe region, including its unique challenges and opportunities
Native fluency of one or more languages spoken in the Western Europe region, such as French or German, as this role requires the understanding of local product landscape and context to develop solutions
Communication and collaboration experiences, with the experience to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and analytics across different countries and cultures in English

Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with experience in interpreting data to inform decision-making
Experience with building products tailored to the Western European market

Experience working in a global environment across multiple time zones
Industry: Internet
