We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and providing technical support across the organization. This role requires extensive knowledge of operating systems, network switches, and directory services.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) to ensure optimal performance and security.
Network Administration: Manage and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and firewalls to maintain network integrity and performance.
Directory Services: Administer and support directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) to ensure secure and efficient user management.
Cloud Service Management: Manage and optimize cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support business operations and scalability.
Cloud Security: Implement and manage cloud security measures to protect data and infrastructure in cloud environments.
Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Service Standards: Maintain high service standards by adhering to best practices and company policies, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
Security: Implement and manage security measures to protect company data and IT infrastructure.
Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator,) are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Strong knowledge of network switches, routers, and firewalls.
Experience with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with authentication protocols like LDAP,SAML Open ID , etc.
Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
