Marketing Campaign Manager
Come join our team as a Marketing Campaign Manager and be at the forefront of shaping unforgettable digital experiences for LEGO® fans!
We have two open positions:
Permanent role for the CEEMEA market
12 month cover for the WE market
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with product and channel owners, in- and external collaborators to connect and promote LEGO® owned channels and grown our audiences within each
Generate and implement marketing campaigns and content across LEGO kids’ platforms LEGO.com/kids, LEGO Play app and Magazine and connecting these owned experiences with the wider LEGO ecosystem
Editorial planning and publishing digital content for strategic projects in regional markets, while also supporting localization and language versioning process
Work with campaign tools and CMSs to build and publish campaign landing pages and generate relevant digital content for children (e.g., articles, polls, quizzes, and competitions)
Support Regional and Global Marketing teams on digital projects, marketing campaigns & workshops, brainstorming new content types and turning plans into action
Provide insights and review content performance and propose recommendations to marketing & project teams
Define campaign strategies and present opportunities to regional brand marketing collaborators to support LEGO franchises within our owned channels

The Digital Consumer Engagement team is responsible for the creation, growth, and engagement of our owned channels across kids, adults, and family audiences. These experiences are a core part of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO experiences in significant ways.
This role sits within the Campaign Marketing team, who focuses on campaign execution, owned channel growth and marketing integration of our owned channels within the markets. We create local, relevant content for our experiences for individual markets to support the global content and markets trends.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a degree holder preferably in business/marketing with 2-3 years’ experience in content creation and publication and comes with a proven track record in the end-to-end campaign execution from planning, creation to post-campaign review
Well organized, analytical individual with a proven track record in timely campaign delivery, confident in communicating results and recommendations
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with international teams
Strategic marketing thinking
It would be a benefit to have a working knowledge and skillset of using video editing and visual effect software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
