Barilla Marketing Manager - Atavi role ( Maternity cover) in London, United Kingdom

Barilla is the World Market leader in Pasta, aiming to expand the offering out the classic retail space, testing new business models (e/commerce/luxury retailes/ho.re.ca).

In 2023 the team has delivered a targeted launch in UK of a new super luxury pasta Brand. ATAVI. The new brand is a super-premium initiative endorsed by top level Michelin Starred chefs. The launched happened in September 2023 and now the brand is present online and in selected luxury retailers and it’s already innovating with new products.

You will support the central team on the delivery of the marketing plans for the brand and building a recommendation on the potential scale up.

You will also be collaborating to the incubation of new projects that the Company is interested in testing.

(Temporary position 9 to 12 months to cover a maternity leave)

Key Accountabilities

  • Project management

  • Coordination of the communication plan at 360° and all agencies involved.

  • Coordination of the e/commerce website

  • Coordination of the PR agency and PR support to the brand

  • Coordination of digital marketing campaigns and brand monitoring: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its products or services. This involves working with advertising agencies, in-house creative teams, and media outlets.

  • Collaboration with the Barilla Acceleration Team in London for campaign & digital kpi’s optimization and creation of reports to measure the success of each initiative

  • Budget controlling (process of invoices/new providers…) and budget management and allocation

  • Market Research: conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • External partnerships and collaboration management: explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations that can help expand the brand's reach and influence.

  • Social media management: Oversee the brand's presence on social media platforms and engage with the audience in a way that reinforces the brand's image.

Legal and Compliance: Ensure that all branding activities adhere to the company legal and regulatory requirements, including trademark and copyright
