The focus of this role will be on enabling HR leaders to provide strong leadership with a clear line of sight to the LEGO® Strategy, shaping our people and culture strategy, and optimising the HR landscape to enhance organisational development.

Core Responsibilities

  • HR Strategic Partnership: As the linchpin between HR VPs and their leadership teams, you will be instrumental in driving the HR strategy forward, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals.

  • Coaching Excellence: Assume the role of a trusted coach and strategic advisor for HR leaders, propelling performance improvements and enhancing team effectiveness within our HR ecosystem.

  • Crafting Organisational Excellence: Take a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our HR organisation to meet strategic priorities.

  • People Process Leadership: Own the effective deployment of critical People processes, collaborating closely with global Communities of Excellence to improve their impact.

  • Recruitment Prioritisation: Take charge of recruitment prioritisation and workforce governance in collaboration with the HR VPs, applying innovative organisational design principles.

  • Talent Magnet: Play a key role in the recruitment of top-tier talent for critical HR roles, bolstering our HR function's capabilities.

The LEGO Group’s People, Places & Culture (PPC) organisation includes 5 main areas that this role will support: Talent, Global Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion, Insights and the Partnering & Operations function. This role is integrated in the Partnering & Operations team.

This role requires an individual with a solid eye for business, who thrives in ambiguity and has a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Additionally, we would like you to demonstrate the following:

  • Partnership Mastery : Adept partner management skills, demonstrated through impeccable written and verbal communication, enabling seamless collaboration across all organisational levels.

  • Data-Driven Approach : Proficiency in using data to inform and facilitate decisions on people and culture.

  • Change Catalyst : Experience in change management and coaching, equipped to spearhead impactful transformations within and outside HR.

  • Resilience and Positivity : A resilient and positive disposition, backed by a solid track record of delivering influential HR partnerships.

  • Talent Nurturer : Expertise in capability assessment and talent development, driving growth within our HR talent pool.
