The Role

The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners and drive advertising revenue. Sales Operations is part of the wider Netflix Ads Business Operations team. Our purpose is to accelerate sustained commercial performance by building and enabling the people, systems, tools, and processes to execute a rapidly scaling ads business.

Role Description:

  • Responsible for driving execution of global sales ops strategies, processes, & programs predominantly for the Account Management (AM) function and EMEA Sales and AM function for Netflix Ads; whilst this role will be mostly focused on support for the Account Management function, overall support for the sales org and running regional/global projects will be expected

  • Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the Global Director of Account Management, and EMEA Senior Manager

  • Drive allocation of Account Management (AM) resources globally, optimizing for revenue demand and fulfillment opportunities, considering markets, verticals, products, etc.

  • Define the key success, team health and workload metrics, setting targets in collaboration with the AM leader and tracking against progress

  • Support on role design, org design and coverage model including outsource resource

  • Define and optimize critical AM workflows

  • Work with cross-functional partners in Sales Tooling, Finance, HR, Inventory, Business Operations to deliver global projects and represent AM requirements and considerations

  • End-to-end ownership of critical projects for the AM org including trouble-shooting internally and with partners

About you:

  • 6-10 years of experience in advertising/ advertising-related fields; and/or experience working in Sales Operations for operational functions

  • Owned sales stakeholder relationships with Head of Country / Region, Director level account management leadership

  • Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and agency and client-direct advertising sales models is a plus.

  • Familiarity with advertising industry tools and software, including ad servers, DSPs, and CRM systems

  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations and pitch-to-pay systems and workflows

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills are mandatory, SQL and data analytics skills are a nice to have, passion for automation and scale is a plus

  • Bias for action with the ability to drive and influence decision-making even if you don’t own reporting lines

  • Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.

  • Demonstrated track record of creativity, innovation, and implementing better approaches.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects efficiently.
