Cisco Solutions Engineer Manager - Security (Channel) in London, United Kingdom

Our team is seeking to find a Solutions Engineering Manager as part of the continued investment within our security sales team. What You'll Do

  • Leading a hardworking Security Channel Solutions Engineer team.

  • The SEM’s responsibilities are to drive the team around, partner intimacy, field alignment and operational excellence.

  • Partner Intimacy Activities include Strategy Sessions, QBR’s, Technical strategy sessions, Business Reviews Partner Training, Fire Jumper base tours, Labs and Workshops

  • Field Alignment Activities include Customer Events, Marketing campaigns, Demand-gen activities, Account collaboration, Partner/Cisco engagements and Partner-led opportunity discovery

  • Recruit and retain the best people, as well as mentor and develop staff, provide performance management, developmental planning, salary planning, technical training, and mentor Technical Solutions Architects.

Cisco Security delivers intelligent cybersecurity for the real world, providing one of the most comprehensive advanced threat protection portfolios. Cisco's threat-centric approach to security reduces complexity while providing unmatched visibility, continuous control and threat protection. You will report to the Cybersecurity Systems Engineering Director for EMEAR and will join a team of highly skilled Security Presales professionals working with Sales and Technology specialists.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in the Cybersecurity industry, and demonstrable experience in leading people, operations, program management, and strategy development. Pre-sales experience is also required.

  • Advanced understanding of Cybersecurity trends in the market including new products and solutions.

  • Consistent track record of high performance and strong leadership skills.

  • Strong executive presence and ability to present strategic information to a broad range of audiences.

  • Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills and be able to influence and lead outside of your organization and across roles and functions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
