Description

Join our dynamic team , dedicated to serving the residents and employees of our vibrant city. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resources Analyst to support our HR department in various functions, including data analysis, reporting, policy development, and compliance.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, employee turnover, diversity, training, and compliance.

  • Compensation Analysis: Assist in conducting compensation analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.

  • Recruitment Support: Provide support to the recruitment team by analyzing applicant data, tracking recruitment metrics, and participating in selection processes.

  • Policy Development: Collaborate with HR team members to develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and policies, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives, including needs assessment, program development, and evaluation of training effectiveness.

  • Employee Relations: Support HR staff in investigating and resolving employee relations issues, including conducting interviews and gathering relevant information.

  • HRIS Management: Assist in the maintenance and administration of the HRIS system, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.

  • Special Projects: Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
