Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the team located in Long Beach, CA .
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and lead (Program Management level) the SoCal BCA Boeing Corrective Action Board (BCAB)
Manage portfolio of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) (Project Management level)
Assignment of Project Managers to manage Corrective Actions (CAs)
Mentor and guide others on applicable Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher
Experience in having metric tools being built on your behalf (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, SmartSheet)
Experience leading a cross-functional team or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project Management Certification (i.e. PMP)
Experience with BCABs, FAA, Regulatory Administration
Experience building a Program Management Office (PMO)
Experience leading and performing Root Cause Analysis
Typical Education/ Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $98,260 – $143,888
