Staffing Coordinator - Graveyard Shift (full time and part-time available) Long Beach, CA Full Time Position - Friday - Tuesday (11:00 pm - 8:00 am) Part Time Position - Friday - Sunday (11:00 pm - 8:00 am)
Temp-to-Hire Paid Training (4 - 6 weeks PROVIDED for candidates with the following background: *Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Clerical office support, phone skills, data entry, attention to detail, multitask, and excellent attendance record. *Job Description:**
- At least 2+ years experience with Administrative work and /or Call Center.
- Medical Staffing experience a plus.
- Nurse registry experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of clinical hospital staffing, hospital organization operations and functions.
- Experience with computers word processing and database applications.
- Excellent communication skills by telephone in person and in writing.
- Ability to multitask, maintain records and information.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Must be flexible in availability and able to work weekends as needed.
- AA degree in a related field preferred.
- Maintain confidential patient information/HIPPA compliance.
- MUST HAVE Excellent attendance record.
