Description

SUMMARY: The Compliance Trainer will develop, implement, and conduct training with all clinical services employees beginning on their orientation day to ensure their optimal functioning in their roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Under the direction of the Clinical Training Manager, assess the training and development needs of clinical services employees through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.

  • Assist in organizing, planning, and presenting various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills refresher trainings in all aspects of clinical roles.

  • Assist in the development and presentation of unique clinical trainings to fulfill employees specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.

  • Serve as a system administrator for internal employee education and training platform (Relias).

  • Assist in administrating new hire orientation and ongoing mandatory in-person/remote employee trainings.

  • Assist in maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests/assessments and retraining requirements for competency.

  • Assist in the assessment and review of training materials and update trainings as needed for optimal learning.

  • Assist in data collection of training program’s effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, Public Administration, Social Work, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Liberal Arts and/or another related field

REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

  • N/A

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • One year of education, training, communications experience.

  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; strong oral presentation skills.

  • Host trainings and presentations in person or virtual platform.

  • Ability to work with staff on a diverse learning level.

  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

  • Ability to evaluate, research evidence-based practices, training options and alternatives.

  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Relias or other education and training platforms, electronic health/medical records systems, and related program software.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This job operates in an indoor office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
