The Regional Marketing Tradeshow Manager, working closely with Events, Sales and Global marketing teams, owns Industry and 3rd party events strategy on behalf of Cytiva's Bioprocess business in the US and Canada.

This position is part of Tradeshow Manager will be a fully remote position.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate strategic industry tradeshow selections/contracting optimizing in year Marketing Priority, tracking Lead gen impact and staying flexible to changing market dynamics and Commercial priority

  • Develop and execute coordinated demand generation marketing programs/tactics surrounding Tradeshow investment working with Regional Marketing and Marcom's teams to communicate strategy

  • Working closely with Events team, handling all elements of strategic event execution: coordinate for on-site booth presence including asset build, allocation, logistics and coordination with local teams for site support

  • Facilitate on-site coordination at industry conferences ensuring Cytiva's brand is well represented and tradeshow vision is realized

  • Forecast and measure ROI for Tradeshow and other 3rd party industry conference investments within Bioprocess business

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and or relevant Life Sciences

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Marketing and Trade Show Management in the Life Sciences Industry

  • Experience managing Corporate Tradeshow Events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process

  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills with proven ability to drive and manage initiatives in a matrixed environment

Travel is required up to 70% both to the US, Canada and international outside of USCAN

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
