About the Role:

We are actively seeking highlymotivated, enthusiastic team players with a strong technical aptitude andoutstanding customer service skills to join our Yardi Affordable Housing Breezeteam as Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs). As vital members of ourteam, you will play a significant role in providing technical support for ourrapidly expanding software product, Yardi Breeze. Your responsibility will beinstrumental in ensuring our clients experience a seamless and efficientjourney with our innovative property management solution. What You'll Do:

* Deliver exceptional customer supportvia live chat, phone and email for both new and existing Breeze clients, ensuringtheir satisfaction and success.

* Utilize your problem-solving skillsto proficiently troubleshoot application issues, addressing challenges andfinding effective solutions.

* Follow up on any issues thatnecessitate further research or information from clients, ensuring thorough andtimely resolution.

* Prepare comprehensive write-ups forescalated issues, meticulously logging cases, and creating detaileddocumentation to facilitate issue resolution.

* Cultivate strong relationships withcustomers, conducting coordinated weekly calls to complete setups and providepersonalized assistance.

* Be an integral part of ouroutstanding team, collaborating closely with Breeze team members across theUnited States, contributing to our collective success.

Who You Are:

• High proficiency in troubleshooting and providing support through live chat, phone and email.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a strong willingness to exceed expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adhere to established processes.
• Flexibility and the ability to effectively manage changing priorities.

Helpfulto have:

* Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration or related field.

* Previous technical support andapplication troubleshooting.

* Knowledge of accounting principles.
