We are actively seeking a few individuals to join our Special Projects Construction team as they travel to our various divisions in a three-state area, including: Redwood Falls, Long Prairie, and Waite Park, Minnesota; Mitchell, South Dakota and Estherville, Iowa. We offer a competitive starting wage of $30.95/Hr. and a complete benefits package. Areas of Accountability All areas of accountability to be delivered with GRIT - our values of Generosity, Relationships, Integrity, and Teamwork Install and Maintain Equipment Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures Maintain highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the company Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects Assist in maintaining and servicing all material handling equipment at the facilities, as needed Safely and efficiently operate rental equipment including small cranes, all terrain forklifts, and other motorized equipment Correctly operate welders, plasma cutters, oxy/acetylene torches, and hand/power tools Read and understand blueprints for fabrication and installation of equipment Communicate with and work alongside private contractors when needed Situations may arise that require employees to temporarily or permanently assume responsibility for tasks not specifically outlined in this job description. Employees may be requested to work additional hours and/or accommodate a heavier than normal workload.
