Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Longmont, Colorado

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator located in LONGMONT, Colorado. This role is essential in the effective management of our operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise

• Coordinate and manage community events, ensuring the logistics and event materials are well prepared

• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain up-to-date customer credit records

• Utilize various software such as Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, and others to streamline tasks and processes

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Handle calendar management for the C-Suite and assist in coordinating their events

• Ensure adequate inventory for office supplies and handle shipping & receiving processes

• Answer multi-line phone system and provide excellent customer service

• Implement email marketing strategies to reach out to customers

• Manage and maintain company's online presence on platforms such as GMail, Dropbox, Microsoft, WordPress, and Zoom. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative coordination role or similar.

• Proficiency in tools such as Banner Ads, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, About Time, and others.

• Understanding and experience with budget processes.

• Excellent calendar management skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization, including the C-Suite.

• Experience in coordinating and planning events, including logistics, materials, monitoring, and promotion.

• Familiarity with various event types such as community events, live events, and marketing events.

• Proficiency in tools such as GMail, Dropbox, Microsoft, WordPress, and Zoom.

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems.

• Knowledge of email marketing strategies.

• Understanding of inventory management, including ensuring adequate inventory and managing shipping & receiving processes.
