Job Description Summary

As a member of the Controls Project Management team, you will support our project management team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to turbine control systems. Job Description
What You Will Do:
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Support the tracking of project progress, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions for efficiency.
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications):
Must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in a STEM discipline.
Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
What Will Make You Stand Out:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in turbine controls or project management.

Must be willing to work in Longmont, CO
Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
