Farm hands with row crop experience. Basic knowledge of land leveling with GPS satellite, diesel mechanics, combines and tractors preferred. 3 months verifiable row crop farming experience required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to work in extreme temperatures. Workers will maintain equipment, facilities, and farm land. They will plant, harvest, maintain cotton, soy beans, corn rice and other crops as determined by market needs. Work entails all aspects of row crop farming including but not limited to installing and removing poly pipe, installing and managing levy gates, operating farm trucks to deliver crops to market. Good attitude with willingness to do difficult manual labor of shoveling or hoeing when necessary. Lifting requirement 60 lbs., Exposure to extreme temperatures, Extensive pushing or pulling, Extensive sitting or walking, Frequent stooping or bending over, Repetitive movements, Row Crop Farm Experience 3 months

Meals: Free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities will be provided by the employer. Workers will be transported weekly to a local grocery store to buy groceries.

Transportation: Transportation to and from the worksite will be provided at no cost to the worker if the worksite is to far for reasonable walking (greater than 1 mile). The employer will provide transportation from the housing to the worksites each day in one of the following farm vehicles 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Seating Capacity 5, 2014 F150 Seating Capacity 5, 2003 Chevrolet Silverado Seating Capacity 5 or a 2001 Toyota Four Runner seating capacity 4. The daily transportation is provided at no cost. Daily transportation is not available to workers who do not reside in employer provided housing. The vehicle driven each day will be\ dependent on the work being done by the workers and the type of transportation they will need at the work site due to weather and\ crop conditions. The transportation will only be driven by licensed drivers who have had a physical per 29 CFR 500.105. Employer will\ maintain the file with the physical of any person transporting workers. The vehicles will be inspected and comply with 29 CFR\ 500.104. The vehicles are covered by insurances per 29 CFR 100.120 through 500.128. Daily pickup will be provided at the housing\ provided by the employer and will be determined by the employer and employee based on start times for the next day. The same\ transportation will be used to provide transportation to and from the weekly nearest grocery store. Transportation and border crossing expenses will be reimbursed on or before the first payday to the extent necessary to insure\ employees are compensated at least at the minimum wage level set by FLSA at 20 CFR 655. 123(h). The amount of transportation\ reimbursement will be calculated based on the worker\'s actual cost but no more than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved.\ Workers will be reimbursed for the means of inbound and outbound transportation they choose and the employer will reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common\ carrier transportation charges for the distances involved. Modes of transportation provided to workers will be determined by the location of the worker. Modes of transportation would be common carrier\ transportation of bus or plane. Outbound transportation is paid upon departure of the worker at the end of the contract period. If the worker is terminated without cause and the worker has no immediate\ subsequent H2A employment, the employer will provide or pay for the worker\'s transporation and subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening\ employment, departed to work for the employer. If the worker has contracted with a subsequent employer who has not agreed in such work contract to provide for the workers transportation costs and\ daily subsistence expenses from the employer\' s worksite to such subsequent employer\'s worksite, the employer must provide or pay for such expenses. If the worker has contracted with a subsequent\ employer who has agreed in such work contract to provide or pay for the workers transportation and daily subsistence expenses from the employer\'s worksite to such subsequent employer\'s worksite,\ the subsequent employer must provide or pay for such expenses. The employer agrees that it is not relieved of its obligation to provide or pay for outbound transportation and subsistence if an H2A\ worker is displaced as a result of the employer\'s compliance with the 50 percent rule as describes in 655.135(d) of this subpart with respect to the referrals made after the employer\'s date of need.\ Upon competition of the work contract or if the employee is terminated without cause, and the worker has no immediate subsequent H2A employment, the employer will provide of pay for the worker\'s\ transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment departed to work for the employer.
