Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care Hospice Chaplain, PRN in Lorain, Ohio

Hospice Chaplains have the profound honor of stewarding patients and families through the sacred journey of end-of-life care. Chaplains are a critical part of our team offering a compassionate presence, from brief visits to extended hours, ensuring that patients feel spiritually supported and at peace as they near death. By listening deeply and sometimes just honoring silence, chaplains help patients explore essential questions, recognize the significance of their lives, and find comfort. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team to address not only physical and emotional needs but also spiritual concerns, respecting all beliefs without any intention of conversion.

Our team is committed to going above and beyond, providing comprehensive spiritual care to patients and extending support to families for up to a year after their loss.
