The Telebehavioral Health Clinic at the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work is seeking to hire a fixed term Administrative Assistant I. The Telehealth Clinic is a virtual outpatient behavioral health clinic that utilizes video conferencing technology to provide evidence-based care. The Administrative Assistant I will join the administrative team and assist in carrying out the daily operations of the Telehealth Clinic. This individual will report to the Associate Director of Practicum and Telehealth Operations. This assignment is scheduled to end on June 30, 2025.
Job Accountabilities Include:
Assist with collecting intake information for all client referrals
Respond to all web and phone inquiries regarding the Telehealth program and services provided
Register new clients, which includes collecting all required consent forms
Perform data entry for all clients in EMR system and systems required by established contracts
Generate monthly clinician productivity report
Attend weekly clinical meetings
Maintain case assignments for interns and provide weekly reports to intern supervisors
Audit client charts needing closure
Generate weekly reports of clinic status (number of referrals, referral sources, client status)
Distribute and track new intern on-boarding/off-boarding status (approx. 20 interns per semester)
Job Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree
2 years, or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Required fluent bilingual in English and Spanish – ability to read, write, speak, and conduct presentations
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Advanced technological and analytical skills – Excel data management and reporting highly desired
Preferred a fast learner, adaptable to constant change, and work well under strict deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking skills are essential
Experience in working with various levels of management and systems
Detail oriented with advanced data management, problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred prior experience in higher education and health clinic setting
Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $22.29 - $25.00.
