Join our team to be the backbone of our Masters of Science in Clinical Research (MSCR) program! As the right hand to esteemed professionals like Veena K Ranganath, MD, MS, and David A Elashoff, PhD, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch administrative and clerical support.

Your responsibilities go beyond the ordinary-think dynamic tasks that keep our initiatives running smoothly and contribute directly to Dr. Ranganath's success. It's not just about administrative duties; it's about being an essential part of groundbreaking research and academic excellence!

Salary: $29.94 - $47.76/hour

Qualifications

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize projects through multiple phases. Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously with careful attention to detail and with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated skill in using PC-compatible computer to prepare complex graphs, flow charts, slides, correspondence, manuscripts, and other documents, using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Demonstrated writing skills to independently compose routine business correspondence and meeting minutes into final form.

  • Demonstrated editing skills to identify errors in grammar, syntax, punctuation, and spelling and correct into proper form.

  • Detailed knowledge of the scheduling and maintenance of a complex executive calendar, arrangement of travel itineraries.

  • Math skills sufficient to develop simple budgets and process reimbursement forms.

  • Ability to utilize REDCap, create reports and enter data.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive materials and issues.

  • Working knowledge of medical and scientific terminology.

  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

Preferred:

  • Website editing skills

  • Skill in use of data base software.

  • Working knowledge of University forms and procedures.

  • Ability to use Bruin Buy and Travel Express system
