This short-term contract / temporary to hire Bookkeeper role will be located in the Los Angeles, California area. What you get to do every single day
Support quality archived records by filing documents
Monitor accounts by balancing entries
Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Preside over and review general ledger
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Review payments received and record deposits Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Strong familiarity with Accounting Entries
Accounting Control experience preferred
Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Experience using accounting software
1+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper
