Our client, a globally recognized top 500 company leader in their field is looking for a Remote Corporate Paralegal (Real Estate & Contract Administration) with experience in Real Estate and Contract Administration to join an outstanding team. Job Role:
You'll be a significant addition to the legal department, bringing your expertise in real estate, corporate law and contract administration. Your primary task will be to assist in managing, reviewing, and drafting contracts and corporate legal documents related to the real estate sector while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and manage commercial agreements, legal contracts, and corporate internal documents related to the real estate industry.
Oversee various projects and deadlines.
Assist in the contract administration by drafting, reviewing and carrying out contract renewals and amendments.
Collaborate with external lawyers and business partners for negotiation and legal documentation drafting matters.
Provide legal support to the team as needed.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal with a focus on Real Estate and Contract Administration.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate, and contract administration.
