Description
A well-respected hospital is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our senior management team with a range of administrative tasks. The candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Responsibilities include managing executives' calendars, planning meetings, handling correspondence, and aiding in project management tasks. Prior experience in healthcare settings is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate excellent time-management skills, have high-level communication proficiency, and maintain professional discretion when dealing with confidential information.
