Description
We are working with a mid-sized law firm in West LA to bring on a new IT Support Specialist to support the firm. In the role, the IT Support Specialist will work on a regional team of 4 to support a couple hundred end users from the top down so VIP white glove support is very helpful in the role. The ideal IT Support Candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in Law environments with document management tools like iManage or FileSite.
This is a hybrid on-site role with the on-site days being Wednesday through Friday.

Requirements
Top Requirements
1- 3+ years of experience in IT Support- ideally supporting executives or senior leadership in addition to all end users
2- Active Directory and Office 365 Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position within the legal industry
3- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
4- Experience in Law Firm/Legal industry with iManage, FileSite, or other document management tools
