Description We are extending an offer for a long term contract employment opportunity for an ICMS Case Manager located in Los Angeles, California. The role involves a variety of functions within the case management industry. The job requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage cases within the specified guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee a diverse array of case management tasks

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth case progression

• Employ case management skills to oversee and manage client cases effectively

• Ensure all case management procedures and protocols are adhered to strictly

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases handled

• Employ problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that might arise during case management

• Coordinate with relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Monitor and track case progression, intervening when necessary to ensure deadlines are met

• Ensure all case management activities comply with regulatory standards and guidelines

• Provide regular updates and reports on case progress and status. Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Experience with ICMS (Integrated Case Management System)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent time management skills

• High ethical standards and professionalism

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
