Our client, a successful real estate company on the Westside, is seeking an In-House Compliance Counsel to join its legal team! The ideal counsel candidate will have a juris doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, 2+ years of experience handling securities and/or corporate governance, and experience working with public companies. This company is open to In-House Compliance Counsel candidates with law firm or in-house experience.
The role involves managing aspects related to securities law compliance, board meetings, investor relations, and general corporate governance.
This In-House Compliance Counsel has the permanent flexibility to work 2 days/week remotely!

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
2+ years of securities and/or corporate governance experience at a law firm or in-house.
Experience working with public companies.
