Description
A national manufacturing company is seeking a new attorney for their dynamic legal team. This company has a diverse portfolio of operations. This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to handle an assortment of litigation, compliance, and advisory matters. This attorney position offers excellent growth potential within the company’s legal team!
This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel. This attorney will assist with light litigation, review and draft a variety of commercial contracts, assist with internal employment matters, and liaise with other departments.
The ideal attorney will have:
2+ years of civil litigation experience
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Active member of CA state bar (required)
