Le Labo is expanding with the opening of new boutiques and corners. To accompany this expansion preserving the values of our unique business model and mission of slow perfumery, craftsmanship approach and mindfulness, Le Labo is recruiting a Field Executive Sales Manager for the --------- region. This role will be based in ------------- supporting a portfolio of FSS and Counter doors across -------------.

Le Labo Field Executive Sales Manager is a Brand Ambassador who champions the values and culture of the brand. Accountable to deliver retail sales targets in their region, the FESM execute the brand strategy at field level and develop a team of talents. Le Labo Field Executive

Qualifications

Drive retail sales in the region to achieve targets

Achieve targets with on-brand execution across all doors. Stay true to the brand, focusing on client’s experience, and leveraging brand initiatives to remain relevant to core clients while reach new audiences. Partner with the ED of Sales & Education on the implementation of the region’s plan to drive growth across doors.

FSS

• Lead teams to achieve sales plan growth and productivity targets while providing clients with a genuine experience

• Leverage key shopping moments to drive trials and recruitment

• Grow KPIs and mix of business in alignment with brand strategy

• Lead the opening of new doors in the region: “pre-seeding”, staffing, partnerships, merchandising in partnership with cross departments

• Partner will Mall marketing teams in growing awareness and driving traffic to stores

• Coach team to initiate corporate orders discussion in store, escalate to Partnership Manager opportunities for approval. When needed coordinate fulfillment and shipping of orders

• Stays current with consumer needs, changing trends, market segment, economic indicators,

and competitors

Department Stores

• Grow and maximize market shares per door, focusing on hero category, home and strengthening efforts during Key DS shopping moments and events

• Support the Field Executive in the execution of virtual scent discovery journey masterclasses delivering on brand experience and driving high productivity.

• Closely partner with Department Managers to align on strategy based on door to meet sales targets; identify opportunities for select instore partnerships, exposure, and trainings

• Lead Field Executive to carry right level of inventory at all doors

Recruitment, talent development & education

• Preserve the unconventional profile of our Souls (in FSS) in hiring the right talent as key champions of the brand, embodying the brand lifestyle and values. Accountable to hire talents that are on brand and able to deliver a true to brand experience at all times, to encourage repeat visits and drive loyalty

• Lead the brand’s onboarding process of new talents and deliver high touch training

• Supervise the execution of quarterly reviews of store managers, establish quarterly and yearly goals

• In partnership with ED of Sales & Education, develop skills, reinforce training initiatives. Organize Department and Store trainings at DS locations in collaboration with management for brand moments and new launches

• Train and develop managers/leaders to create and deliver best-in-class brand experience

• Monitor and approve team hours and timekeeping practices

Retail experience

• Deliver true to brand retail experience in nurturing and developing team of talents

• Maintain performance and retention, ensuring in-store Souls immerse into Le Labo DNA and take clients through our Le Labo journey

• Be Accountable for the implementation of all Visual merchandising across our doors in line with brand’s guidelines. Maintain on brand look and feel in FSS doors

Marketing/Amenities

• Support the acceleration and development of local amenities and partnership deals in the region; actively partner with FE and SM to identify and on-board new amenity and partnership partners to build awareness and drive traffic to doors.

• Work closely with brand amenities manager and ED of Sales & Education (HOS) to broaden brand awareness leveraging the alternative lifestyle marketing approach of the brand

Store operations

• Achieve consistency of in store/counter procedures across all locations in the region and ensure all brand policies and processes are understood and followed

• Support monthly inventory counts execution to ensure accurate track of inventory and reduce shrinkage rate

• Lead FE and SM to plan relevant stock to achieve target sales

• Be the champion of Revel POS system to support teams coming with solutions when necessary

Reporting

• Deliver monthly analysis on business performances highlighting opportunities and actions plans

• Update various brand reports on KPI, new launches and overall productivity

•Update and manage sales trackers for region in collaboration with FE

Anticipated Base Salary Range $92,800 - $139,200 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
