MANAGER OF PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
JOB SUMMARY
The Cesar Chavez Foundation Education Fund is seeking a partnerships-oriented and student
outcomes-driven leader who will collaborate with our districts to oversee smooth implementation of CCF
programs across multiple districts. The Manager of Program Experience will manage a portfolio of
district partners, establish and maintain authentic relationships, be the face of CCF with our district
partners leading all program set-up, support and business operations to ensure our programs achieve
our goals for students and educators.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience managing complex projects to achieve student and educator goals
• Understanding of instruction and assessments
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Masters preferred)
• 5-7 years of operations or program implementation experience in the field of education
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Launch and Monitor Program Implementation:
• Serve as the first line of communication and support to our district partners when preparing and
implementing a program
• Provide a high level of service and dedication to students and teachers across our district
partners, responding to pre- and during-program requests and concerns
• Develop and implement project plans including goals, timelines, and responsibilities and
effectively communicate these plans with your internal team of program design colleagues and
part-time consultants
• Evaluate project outcomes on an ongoing basis and recommend improvements for future projects
• Develop new systems to maximize quality and efficiencies as our programs grow and scale into
additional districts
Business Support:
• Oversee district partner invoicing and payment processing
• Review contracts to ensure partner needs are fully understood and all aspects of partnership are
fulfilled with excellent quality
• Support with vendor and consultant payments
Cultivate Partner Relationships:
• Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders including district administrations
that lead to strengthening the implementation
• Help secure renewals by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and
supporting users within the district, school, or organization
Managing Team & Collaboration:
• Implement plan to hire and recruit support staff
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates support staff
• Design systems and make recommendations to increase role clarity and efficiency
• Collaborates and supports other team members and departments, as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Thorough knowledge of TK-8 education landscape and embodies a deep-seated belief in the
ability of students in under-resourced communities to achieve
• Baseline knowledge and language about TK-8 instruction and assessment
• Ability to translate new ideas into easily digestible plans, presentations and programs
• Ability to be nimble, try out new ideas and improve programs as they develop
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Team player; Pitches in wherever needed to help the team's work lead to success. Ability to
collaborate with others on fast-moving projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, leading to the ability to form relationships with
multiple stakeholders (school leaders, district staff, teachers, consultants, community
organizations)
• Motivated to use data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements and achieve
the results that matter most
• A strong interest in constant developing and learning

COMPENSATION RANGE
$70,000-$75,000 annually DOE
