As part of a dynamic team, you will work directly as a primary therapist with individuals in intensive treatment for substance use and mental health issues. You will experience working in a unique format with a well-designed intervention plan with a proven track record. The position requires mature clinical judgment and decision-making skills, and a passion for dual diagnosis populations. Interventions are primarily in a group format so a proven history in group therapy is important.
Hourly Salary Range
(Annual Rate Adjusted for Part-Time): $34.24 - $74.19
Schedule: Monday -
Friday; 2:00 - 6:00pm
Bargaining Unit: HX -

Qualifications
We're
seeking a dedicated clinical professional with:
LMFT, LCSW, or PhD with current CA license - Required
Prior experience with both substance use treatment and mental health treatment - Required
Knowledge of CAMFT and APA ethics and scope of practice
Knowledge of the goals & interventions of intensive outpatient, day treatment, partial hospitalization, and inpatient programs
Knowledge of relevant psychiatric diagnoses, including presenting symptoms and typical treatment approaches
Knowledge of psychosocial factors in the etiology & treatment of mental illness
Ability to complete psychosocial assessments effectively & efficiently
