Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Project Manager III in Los Angeles, CA .
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
Manages other Project Managers.
Ideal Candidate will:
Have experience managing facilities design, or planning, and coordination of capital projects that include overall design.
Oversee the building design process, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling through the interaction with Architects and consultants.
Design Management experience for oversight of client's standards and guidelines.
Manage multiple projects for modernization or new construction.
Familiar with the project lifecycle; from concept to close-out.
provide the Team with directions in regard to goals and objectives, standards, site, schedule, and budget for each project assigned.
Review design changes to ensure budget is not affected.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
California School experience (DSA).
10 years of experience is desired.
Experience with public agencies.
Assist client with RFP process and selection of design professionals.
Establish and follow an effective and efficient design review process.
Preferred Licenses: Valid Certificate as an Architect or Professional Engineer
Additional Information
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $95,656.00 - $176,964.00.
