Robert Half Real Estate Services Administrator in Los Angeles, California

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Real Estate Services Administrator in Los Angeles, CA. The role centers around property management, requiring administrative tasks and customer service in a traditional office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process tenant and vendor customer service inquiries.

• Oversee AP/AR and invoicing for the team.

• Maintain tenant, vendor, and property files, ensuring compliance with set standards.

• Coordinate with Building Technician staff and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.

• Monitor the status of work assigned to vendors and take necessary action.

• Assist in budget preparation by researching costs for supplies and services and obtaining bids as directed.

• Support in preparing monthly and quarterly management reports.

• Handle administrative tasks such as phone support, draft preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing, and copying.

• Leverage skills in customer service, invoice processing, scheduling, insurance, and vendor management to ensure efficient operations.

• Use property management software like MRI or Yardi for efficient task management.

Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Invoice processing

• Familiarity with Scheduling and Calendar Management

• Understanding of Insurance principles

• Experience in dealing with Vendors

• Ability to handle Correspondence professionally

• Experience in Quarterly reporting

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting

• Skills in Filing documentation

• Knowledge of Property and Real Estate sector

• Ability to carry out Research Analysis

• Experience in dealing with Tenants

• Knowledge in Property Management

• Experience in Budget Management

• Proficiency in Copying and document management

• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate sector

• Proficiency in Real Estate software like Yardi and MRI

• Ability to pass a Drug Test

• Experience in Meeting Coordination

• Understanding of Lease Abstracts

• Experience in QA Management
