Robert Half Recruiting Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

Description

We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment processes. This role is vital for the smooth operation of our HR department, and to ensure we attract and hire the most qualified employees. Your role will be to coordinate and oversee the hiring process of medical professionals in our hospital, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to understand essential job requirements and design job descriptions and selection criteria.

  • Plan and manage recruitment and selection processes (resumes screening, scheduling interviews etc.)

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Maintain and update our candidate database.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.

  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Collaborate with HR staff to monitor, evaluate and report on recruitment system efficiency.

  • Assist with special projects related to talent acquisition, as needed.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or similar role in recruitment.

  • Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems (CMS) and other recruitment technologies.

  • Experience with social media recruitment strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment would be a plus.
