Insight Global Scrum Master - LATAM in Los Angeles, California
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master for one of their large media and entertainment clients. This will be a long term contract, fully remote and will follow pacific standard time. This team is responsible for processing and distributing content to Live, Linear and Non-linear platforms across internal and external partners. As Scrum Master, you will be facilitating and supporting teams' progress towards successful delivery of team goals which are derived from customer requests within the client's businesses.
This role will be within the Agile Office in the Enterprise Media Management group, working across verticals to monitor and report on performance metrics using Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, Quip and Slack. This information will in turn help each team to self-correct and continue to perform at the highest level. Some responsibilities include running agile SDLC using both Scrum and Kanban, planning and facilitating all agile ceremonies alongside the Product Owner including refinement, iteration planning, retrospective, demos and daily standups and ultimately facilitate and support team progress towards successful delivery of team goals.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Familiarity with software life cycles and development frameworks such as Agile, Lean and SAFe (SAFe preferred)
Experience leading at least 2+ teams
Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence)
Experience working within enterprise organizations
Must be solution curious and be able to propose improvement suggestion
Able to perform repetitive status and reporting tasks for extended periods of time Experience with video platforms, streaming services or content management
systems (CMS)
Experience working within broadcast/media industry
Certified Scrum Master
CTC Cert - Certified Team Coach null
