The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a team of innovators that tackle difficult problems, and are laser-focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. The Creator Monetization team provides brands with opportunities to tap into commerce Creators at Amazon, growing brands’ businesses, and creators’ earnings in the process.

In this role, you will partner with our business, product, and engineering teams to drive continuous evolution of our business process for our Creator Connections product (a self-service marketplace that facilitates brand/creator partnerships). You will own the full lifecycle of complex product marketing initiatives supporting our brand partners for which you define the strategy and measurement. You will aggregate and analyze inputs from multiple sources (e.g., industry and business trends, customer needs, creative and/or media insights) to formulate the product marketing strategy. You will own our voice of the customer efforts for our brand partners to extract insights that identify customer needs or opportunity, and partner with product management to influence the roadmap to deliver product/featuring offerings to meet that need. You’ll be responsible for monitoring feedback trends over time, noting areas of improvement and growth, and being an advocate across product, marketing and tech teams for identified areas of improvement. You’ll share learnings and help support our international stakeholders, while maintaining a high bar for execution and delivery. You will coordinate with stakeholders in all regions to share relevant news and insights, competitive intelligence, and create forums for international partner teams to share learnings to accelerate their growth. You will be able to earn trust and collaborate with other marketers on Creator Growth, product manager, analytics team members, cross-function partners outside of the Creator space, and more. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills, proven data skills in defining, building and scaling analytical insights, strong business acumen, and an innate drive to deliver results.

  • Build and execute full scope marketing plans to engage brand partners - including but not limited to emails, push notifications, social, webinars - and recapping analyses to demonstrate whether or not they are successful and next steps to optimize and automate

  • Collect business and systems requirements/feedback from internal stakeholders and partners, write project plans, drive project schedules from development commit to release, and provide marketing support for any releases

  • Develop mechanisms to capture ongoing feedback from brand partners, synthesize and present feedback to inform organizational priorities for quarterly roadmaps and sprint planning, and advocate for brands needs

  • Lead monthly sessions with brand partners to seek insights and feedback on Creator Connections and understand emerging pain points. Work with Product Managers and leverage the roadmap to provide timely insights through these forums to inform our feature development.

  • Own the brand-facing educational content for Creator Connections, updating to streamline the communication, and coordinating with product, marketing, legal, finance, and PR to make updates.

  • Manages program onboarding process, including partnership with Fame and Love team to maintain eligibility criteria for program and benefits; this may also include limited time incentives.

  • Manage the Creator Connections internal wiki, ensuring that all internal contact information, application access, SOPs are up to date and accurate.

  • Grow engagement with our global partners, soliciting feedback on our offerings, documenting ways that we can localize our offering to meet market-specific needs, and supporting scaling marketing initiatives to international countries

  • Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.

  • Accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.

  • Encourage a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration across Creator Connections program initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Effective communicator who is able to run meetings with global, cross-functional stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
