Iteris is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Product Marketing Managerto join our team, focusing on our ClearGuide and ClearData products. ClearGuide and ClearData are innovative solutions that provide actionable insights and data-driven decision-making tools for transportation professionals. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of these products in the transportation industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

  • Define and articulate clear value propositions for ClearGuide and ClearData, highlighting their unique features and benefits

  • Develop positioning and messaging strategies to effectively communicate the value of the products to target audiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans

  • Drive product launches, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to generate demand and drive adoption

  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as sales presentations, product collateral, and competitive battlecards, to support the sales team

  • Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to educate and engage prospects and customers

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop thought leadership content and industry insights related to transportation and data analytics

  • Working with the marketing team, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales funnel

  • Utilize digital marketing tactics, such as email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content syndication, to drive traffic and conversions

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations to a wide range of audiences, showcasing the product’s value and driving interest

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on key performance indicators and insights

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product, including its features, benefits, and differentiators. Stay updated with the latest product enhancements and industry trends to ensure accurate and effective communication

  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective and existing customers. Highlight key features and benefits, addressing specific customer pain points and demonstrating how the product can solve them

  • Gather and analyze feedback from product demos and customer interactions to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the product management team to relay customer insights and contribute to the product development roadmap

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand use cases, and identify opportunities for product enhancements

  • Cultivate a community of advocates and champions for ClearGuide and ClearData, leveraging customer testimonials, case studies, and success Stories

    What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus

  • Over seven (7) years of experience in SaaS product marketing or related roles, preferably in the technology or transportation industry

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns for SaaS products

  • Experience in marketing solutions to public agencies

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Passion for innovation, technology, and making a positive impact in the transportation industry

    Iteris anticipates paying between $132,000 and $147,000 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
