Netflix Warehouse Coordinator, Production Assets & Logistics in Los Angeles, California

The Role

The Netflix Production Assets and Logistics team is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator based at the Netflix Archive Warehouse in Los Angeles, CA to support the shipping, receiving, and storage of Netflix assets.

A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organization, safety, and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload deliveries at the warehouse

  • Arrange delivery/pickup of assets coming to the warehouse and maintain the warehouse calendar

  • Maintain internal databases of assets and archival items stored at the warehouse.

  • Pull and package assets as needed for marketing events/exhibits, coordinating with cross-functional teams to arrange shipping.

  • Organize and deploy Production stock items from internal marketplace

  • Monitor orders and pick/pack orders when they come in, as well as scheduling pickup with production.

  • Maximize warehouse storage space

  • Move objects that may weigh up to approximately 50 lbs..

  • Maintain a safe warehouse environment with strict compliance to OSHA safety requirements

  • Sort through assets after wrap to assess which items are to be held for production/internal marketplace, which for donation to local nonprofits, which slated for liquidation.

  • Stock and maintain inventory for internal reuse centers

  • Employ sustainable practices in liquidation: research proper recycling methods for assets slated for disposal and prioritize reuse in liquidation.

  • Keep warehouse clean and tidy

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required by the team needs.

Qualifications

  • 2 years previous warehouse experience or on set experience in feature film or television production. Experience moving scenery and/or equipment a plus

  • Responsive and adaptable to rapidly changing business needs

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Manual dexterity to handle delicate items with care and ability to lift 50 pound boxes

  • Comfortable working independently in a warehouse environment

  • Passionate about reuse

  • Experience driving forklift a plus

    Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $245,000.
