Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Public Services Director for one of our clients in the Louisburg, NC area. You will be responsible for:
Planning, organizing and directing public works and public utilities activities.
Provide technical advice on improving utilities and streets.
Research, recommend, and administer stormwater regulations
Supervise and Manage the Parks and Recreations, Public Utilities and Public Works departments (9 direct reports).
Prepare reports and financial budgets, performance reviews and timesheets.
Attend counsel meetings.

Skills and Requirements
Prior experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of public works and utilities administration, planning and construction principles.
Experience creating and managing budgets.
Experience or knowledge of engineering practices - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
Experience with electrical distribution systems null
