Danone Senior Manager Market Quality Performance in Louisville, Colorado

Our Quality & Food Safety team makes sure everything Danone does is rooted in quality. From product innovation and ingredient choice to our marketing and delivery methods, it is their job to ensure consumers get the very best. We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager Market Quality Performance based in Remote. This position is responsible for working within the QFS department of Danone North America and provides subject matter expertise on overall product quality performance from manufacturing to consumer use. The MQP Sr. Manager is the key contact for Consumer Connections/Customer Solutions involving feedback on product quality. This role is responsible for managing the standardized execution of the Customer Quality program specific procedures, analyzing data, improving the program, and developing reporting tools to deliver concise customer management; all for the purpose of ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will also be required to contribute to the MQP strategy development to increase team value. The base compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $157,000 commensurate with experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role will have responsibilities as part of the Market Quality Performance team, focused on product category quality support on the following subjects: Consumer/Customer Voice E-commerce, Storechecks Consumer/Customer Inquiries Focused continuous improvement efforts on the Customer Quality Programs and finished product quality performance from manufacturing to consumer use. Partner with R&I to ensure that manufacturing specifications exist and are current and accurate, focusing on product quality design and process capability Lead investigation teams and partner with QFS peers to troubleshoot problems associated with finished product quality across all facilities. Lead MQP/QFS process improvements Contribute to MQP strategy development/improvement to drive team value All other duties as assigned by any senior member of the Quality Assurance department

Requirements: * College degree in science or related field * Minimum of ten (10) years work experience in quality in CPG industry or Trade * Ability to create, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide recommendations * Team player with a focus on people and process to effectively drive results * Effective project manager with the ability to work autonomously with multiple functions * Creative thinker with continuous improvement mindset * Excellent communicator both written and verbal with audiences across multiple levels * Must be adaptable and flexible
