Summary: P erform general form carpentry for bridge and roadway construction.
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Build concrete forms and temporary structures according to sketches, plans or oral instructions.
Prepare layout for bridge, roadway, drainage and temporary structures
Measure, mark, cut, fasten and assemble forms from dimensional lumber and other materials
Erect framework for structures
Erect scaffolding and ladders for access to structures above ground level.
Must be physically healthy to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
Required Education and Experience
Applicants must have at least 1 year experience as concrete form carpenter. Previous concrete/highway experience a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. Applicant must have no felonies that are violent in nature and/or theft related in the last 7 years. Applicant must have reliable transportation to and from job site. High School Diploma or GED preferred
